lightbulb

i edited a lightbulb for our project for westhill primary, initially the image was sepia so i made the background a little red to make it feel warm and the lightbulb slightly yellow then did a lot of smudging.

to this image i adjusted the levels to make the sun really bright, gave the whole image a slight blue tint then added lens flare, not sure why i really just like lens flare :)

basically i created a sepia effect to the background and avoided dooing it to the flower itself, i then intensified the colour of the flower itself and it gave me an almost sin city esque effect.
